INGREDIENTS
• 250 Grams Self raising Flour (regular flour will not work)
• 250 Grams Thick yoghurt
• Salt (optional because self raising flour already has salt, but I added a little)
• garlic butter or plain butter (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add all the ingredients and mix.
2. Knead it to a soft dough
3. Roll it and add it to a hot tawa.
4. After a minute flip it. Then you can see bubbles appearing on top.
5. Flip it and cook on medium low flame until it puffs up.
