Paint with glitter

Add a touch of glamour to your home decor with paint that sparkles and shines. Explore top ideas for incorporating glitter into your paint projects and create a stunning and magical look.
Make your own glitter wall! You need 3 ounces or 75 gram of (silver) glitter for 1 gallon or 4 Liter of paint. Mix the glitter with the paint, but you want to add in a little in at a time, otherwise all the paint crystals will sink to the bottom. After a few days though, they will sink to the bottom of the paint can, so don´t wait too long. A shimmering glitter accent wall, window trim or ceiling can bring a bit of bling to a bland room. There are many ways to add glitter to paint. Commercial glitter paints contain the glitter and the color, but they may not be the best way to paint your room. DIY alternatives are easy and inexpensive.

Glitter Accent Wall 3 pounds of loose glitter, 2 cans adhesive spray paint, 1 paper plate, 1 straw. Pour some glitter on plate. Spray each sq ft of wall with adhesive. Blow glitter from plate onto wall with straw. Finish with 2 cans of clear gloss spray paint to last for a lifetime. Messy but fun.
