Circle 7 was a short-lived division of Disney animation created to make Pixar sequels without Pixar involvement. This is from their planned Monsters Inc. sequel. Thankfully, Disney shut down Circle 7 and promised Pixar would be involved in all sequels. They said nothing about spinoffs, however, thus why Planes now exists and will soon be in theatres. Nice, Disney. Really f-ing nice.
