* ½ tablespoon ginger, minced⁠
* 1 tablespoon garlic, minced⁠
* 2 tablespoons momofuku toasted sesame oil⁠
* 1½ tablespoons momofuku tamari⁠
* 2 teaspoons momofuku tingly seasoned salt⁠
* ¾ cup cilantro, roughly chopped⁠
* 2-2½ tablespoons momofuku chili crunch hot honey (warmed, plus more for drizzling)⁠
* 2 sheets puff pastry⁠
* 3 tablespoons sesame seeds⁠
