Oh my godness, run and go make this drink! I love a good brown sugar cinnamon skaken espresso, but what if instead Abuelitas chocolate 🇲🇽
Abuelitas is a well loved mexican chocolate bar, commonly used for hot mexican chocolate! You can also use Ibarra’s if you prefer.
To make this latte:
1. Add 1/4 of a tablet to 2 ounces of water and microwave for 30 sec - 1 min (depending on your settings, watch it do it doesn’t overspill)
2. Add mixture to cup and froth, you can also just leave it since you are going to shake it
3. Add instant espresso [ 1 tsp per “shot” = 2 tsp for a double shot]
4. Add big ice, this will minimize the melting and diluting of your drink
5. Shake until you see it foam up
6.
