Mermaid dress drawing

Description Don't really know why I design this dress. I think I did it because of some dark teal material I have. The color reminded me of a mermaid tail. I guess things just continued from there. I love this design. However, I would never have the confidence to wear this gown myself since the the sides and back of the dress is completely bare. More then likely if I do make this, I will have someone else model it for me. The dress will be made with dark teal satin. The "fins" will be made…

This is about a girl named Y/N, but she born from a pure drop of sun and raised by the legendary Pokemon. She was traveling around. She doesn't trust humans until she meets two people. It a battle of the heart of the Celestial Pokemon.
