Ingredients:

These were a quick and easy way to make a classic lobster roll for a crowd. I think these are perfect for brunch (maybe even for your Easter feast) or to serve as an elevated appetizer. 

1 sheet Puff Pastry
1 egg (egg wash)
Flaky salt

2 lbs. Lobster Meat
1 stick of Butter
Salt & Pepper
Garlic
Tabasco
Celery (I like the crunch)
Chives
Fresh Dill
Fresh Lemon Juice

Divide the puff pastry sheet into nine even squares, brush with the egg wash, and some flaky salt and bake until puffy ( 400 F. about 15 min).

Poach your lobster in the butter, add in the garlic, seasonings, and Tabasco sauce. Mix everything else together and stuff into the puff pastry (with the extra Easter Feast, Egg Egg, Lobster Rolls, Lobster Meat, Tabasco Sauce, Flaky Salt, Puff Pastry Sheets, Pastry Sheets, Lobster Roll
