A rum drink contributed by The Bartending School. 2 oz light rum 1 oz triple sec 1 tsp powdered sugar 1 tbsp almond syrup (orgeat) 1 tbsp grenadine 1 tbsp lime juice Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice Shake well Strain into large glass half-filled with fresh, crushed ice Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a pineapple wedge Top with a dash of 151-proof rum for extra kick Serve with a straw 2 parts Rum 1 part almond syrup 1 part Triple sec Fill with sweet and sour
