Serving size: 2 
INGREDIENTS: 
1 lb pork belly 
4-5 garlic cloves
1 tsp peppercorn
2 bay leaves
1/2 tbsp salt

Tomato & onion sauce:
1/4 cup diced white or yellow onion
1 large tomato, diced
2-3 stalks green onion, sliced
1/2 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp sugar

DIRECTIONS:
1.) Place pork belly in a pot full of water (make sure pork is completely submerged).
2.) Add garlic, bay leaves, peppercorn, and salt. Bring to a boil on medium high heat, then cover and let it simmer for 1 hour or until pork is fork tender.
