INGREDIENTS
32 oz plain whole Greek yogurt
1 tsp salt
@jamiegeller Za’atar
@jamiegeller Harissa
@jamiegeller Garlic Galilee Herbs
2 cups @colavitausa Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp whole peppercorns
1 bay leaf

PREP
Line a colander with cheesecloth. Combine yogurt with salt in the cheesecloth and mix.

Bring up the sides of the cloth to cover the mixture and tie at the top. You can let it drain overnight over a large bowl in the refrigerator or for several hours at room temperature.
