Raquel Ravivo on Instagram: "Peanut Gochujang Noodle Soup 🍜 ❤️‍🔥 This broth is outrageously good, especially for how quick this was to make. The gochujang adds sweetness and spice, the peanut butter adds creaminess and mushrooms and soy sauce add the perfect amount of umami, and combined, OMG. Here are the ingredients:

(Serves 1)
1.5 tbsps peanut butter
1 tbsp gochujang 
1 tbsps soy sauce 
3 tbsps hot water
1/2 tbsp olive oil (or neutral oil)
2 green onions, whites and green separated, finely sliced 
pinch of salt 
50g mushrooms 
2 cloves garlic, minced 
1.5 cups water 
1/2 tbsp sesame oil 
1 serving of noodles (I used ramen)

Crispy tofu crumbles:
1/4 454g block tofu, crumbled 
1/2 tbsp soy sauce 
1 tsp sesame oil
