Korean Fluffy Steamed Egg

Ingredients:
Eggs 5
Salt to taste 
Chicken broth 1 cup 
Green onion 1, chopped
Sesame oil 1 tsp

Steps:
In a bowl, add eggs and salt.  Beat till smooth. 

Heat chicken broth in earthenware pot on medium high heat.  Bring to a boil.

Slowly drizzle egg into broth, maintaining a low boil. 

Continue cooking and scrape cooked egg on bottom/side to avoid burning. 

When almost cooked, about 70% or so, cover with a bowl. 

Turn heat to low, cook for 3 minutes. A low steam and bubbles around the edge of the pot will form.

Remove the bowl.  Garnish with green onions and sesame oil.  Pot will be extremely hot.  Transport with caution.  Serve immediately.
