I wrote this free bunting knitting pattern for beginners back in 2013 when I was working for Simply Knitting. I wanted to design something where people could learn the basics all in one lesson. We took the pattern to the Knitting and Stitching Show and presented workshops to teach people how to knit. The free bunting knitting pattern covers casting on, knitting garter stitch, working left and right leaning decreases, central double decrease and eyelets.
