KEI Garou ((ケイガロウ) aka. KEI) is a Japanese mangaka and was the illustrator for VOCALOID2s Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Rin & Len, Megurine Luka, Lily V2 and V3, and Prize galaco. He was born in Chitose, Hokkaido in April 1981, and started drawing fan works when he was a student.
