Ingredients:- - 1 cup Jowar Atta (Sorghum flour) - 1/2 cup wheat flour  - 1/4 cup fresh palak (spinach) leaves, finely chopped - 1/4 cup chopped beans - 1/4 cup chopped capsicum - 1/4 teaspoon hing (asafoetida) - 1/4 teaspoon jeera powder  - Salt to taste - Ghee - 1 cup Water for kneading Mix all the ingredients well. Recipe
1 cup water
1 cup jowar flour
1/4th cup rice flour
1/4th cup besan/ chickpea flour
Blend a handful of cilantro and 2 chili to paste ( I am using Thai chili)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp ajwain/ caram seeds
2 pinches of turmeric powder
1tsp salt

In a bowl, mix together jowar, rice flour, salt , cumin , ajwain , turmeric .
Make a paste with cilantro and chili.
Now bring a cup of water to boil, add the paste followed by the mixed flours and spices. Mix thoroughly. Turn off the heat. Add chickpea flour/ besan and mix again. Let this sit for 10 minutes to cool down a bit but while its still warm to touch, knead the dough well.
You can add extra room temp water to get the soft to a pliable consistency.
