Ingredients:

2 can lentils, drained
1 onion, sliced
3 thyme sprigs, stems removed
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 thumb size of ginger (optional)
½ scotch bonnet, chopped
2 spring onions, chopped
1 cup mixed bell peppers, diced 
1 can chopped tomato
2 tsp jerk seasoning
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp miso paste
1 ½ cups vegetable/mushroom stock

Directions:
1. Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and thyme leaves. Sauté for 3-5 minutes or until the onions are soft and translucent.
2. Add the Jerk Lentils, Curry Lentils, Plant Based Food, Canned Lentils, Mushroom Stock, Jamaican Curry, Miso Paste, All Purpose Seasoning, Jerk Seasoning
