You may notice that your jaw tracks to one side maybe even make sounds or is painful it’s difficult to chew or talk, etc. We must look at several issues. We must look at everything below the jaw and behind it, such as the neck and spine and shoulders and hips but we must also examine more closely the joint itself? Is it the disc inside the joint? Is it the muscles? If you care about your neck and jawline, don’t neglect this exercise! When there’s tension in your Playtsma (which most of us have), it shortens the muscle and pulls your face downward directly affecting your Neck and jawline.
