Italian chicken meal prep bowls

Simplify your weekday meals with tasty and nutritious Italian chicken meal prep bowls. Prepare in advance and enjoy flavorful and satisfying meals throughout the week.

What I used:
- Couscous
- Brussels sprouts
- Red onion
- Sweet potato
- Italian chicken sausage 

Lemon Tahini dressing:
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1/3 c tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tsp honey
- salt + pepper to taste

Chop veggies & season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder (or whatever seasonings you like!) Add to a sheet pan with chicken sausage and bake at 400F for 30-40 minutes. While those are cooking, make couscous & dressing.

Assemble everything in bowls, top with dressing & enjoy!
