Very short, INTENSE, leg workout. Glutes, Quads, Calves; Your whole lower body gets worked here. Since it is quick it is also a short cardio blast, and with no need for weights, just your body weight, great for women who are scared of weights-thinking weights will bulk them up(not true btw). Try the work-out and let me know what you think. It will burn fat because it is straight through and also the more muscle you have the more calories you burn.
