Icy hazel eyes

This may sound like a silly / TMI thing to complain about, but—bear with me —I swear have the oiliest eyelids ever. It makes every shadow I put on slide right into the folds of my lids. So annoying! And for years, oil-proof formulas taunted me with promises of their creaseless-ness only to let me--and my eyeshadow--down a couple of hours later. But then not long ago I had an epiphany that would change my life (or at least the eye-makeup-wearing portion of it):

Warm colors with added white (a cold color) make balanced icys. Cool colors with added white makes cool icys.
