My go-to lunches just haven’t been doing it lately, so I’ve been making more and more “snack” lunch plates, and they’ve been hitting the spot!

This week when I went grocery shopping I was super intentional about grabbing ingredients that  I knew I’d be using for lunch plates.

Here’s my “formula” for putting together a snacky meal!

Protein: Like sliced chicken breast, deli meat, Greek yogurt dip, cottage cheese, and eggs.
High fiber carbs: Like my favorite jalapeńo Triscuit thins, whole grain crackers, pita bread or chips, hummus, and fruit!
Veggies: My favorites are baby bell pepper, sliced regular bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, and cherry tomatoes.
