This is the set that you will probably get set about 75% of the time you need to be able to run this in your sleep 😴 2️⃣ TRANSITION AND TRACK. Being able to pull off of the net quickly enough to transition and get set while also keeping your eye on the ball. Basically, we need you to be able to do three things at once 🤷🏽‍♀️ 3️⃣ SEE THE BLOCK. We expect you to be able to see if there’s a wall in front of you and not swing right into it.
