Homemade dumpling wrappers packed with a tofu and veggie filling! These vegetable dumplings are pan-fried to get that really nice golden brown crust before being cooked with a little water to steam and evenly cook the wrappers.

There’s just something sooo rewarding about making dumplings at home 🥹I don’t do it often but when I do and in big batches…apart from boiling & dipping them in sauce like me, you can just freeze them and consume whenever,  fry them as well as steaming for the crispy bottoms,  chuck them in fried rice or noodle soups, the options are endless! 
One tip that I always give is fry a tsp of your filling and taste test before making up your dumplings, that way you can adjust to your own taste and it makes a hell of a diffference 🌝ENJOY!

•Ingredients: (to make 40-45 dumplings)

-Dumpling filling:
400g minced pork 
150g raw prawns, deveined & minced
1 whole shallot, minced
1 stick of lemongrass, minced
