Sprint drills are an essential component of any sprinter’s training regimen to improve speed, explosiveness, and running technique. 

Here’s a simple sprint drill routine to help you sprint faster:

1. Hands up A-skips 20-30 meters.

2.Hands up B-skips  20-30 meters.

3. High knees 20-30 meters.

4.Sngle leg cycling 20-30 meters.

5.Single leg Bounds 20-30 meter 

6. Straight leg bounds 

7. Backwards runs
