I definitely love a little compound work.

Take each exercise, repeat for 13 reps.  Where right+left=1 rep where applicable and don’t forget both sides for the static lunge!

Use a weight you can easily work with ensuring you don’t compromise form.

The frontal plane is neglected in most training programs and is not only important, but can be a different loading strategy as well as assisting your main movements like squats, deadlifts and lunges.

Adductors and groin are also a “weak link” I always try to bring up with my clients so these two variations of side lunges are great for getting stimulus for the adductors towards end ranges.
