Holley Gabrielle Rojek on Instagram: "SCOTCHEROOS / SPECIAL K BARS🍫🍂 whatever you wanna call them 😂 - this was a Midwest classic I grew up LOVING! Could eat the entire pan🙈 & so easy to make! INGREDIENTS —— 🎃 •1 cup sugar •1 cup Karo light corn syrup •1 cup peanut butter •6 cups special k cereal (or Rice Krispies / Crispix) •1 bag semi sweet chocolate chips •1 bag butterscotch chips •sprinkles / decor for bars (optional) HOW: - Combine sugar + corn syrup & microwave for 1.5 minutes until melted! Stir stir stir. Add in your peanut butter & microwave until melted - I did 30-40 seconds. Stir that mixture until well combined & add in your cereal! Mix & pour into 9x13 pan and PAT down into pan. Set aside. Combine both chips & microwave to melt for 2-3 ish minutes in 30-40 second in K Bars, Holley Gabrielle, Special K Bars, Special K Cereal, Cereal Mix, Wanna Call, Special K, Butterscotch Chips, Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
