Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray then pour in pancake batter. Crumble sausage links (I use a meat chopper) and evenly distribute the sausage and shredded cheese on top of pancake mix. (You can also stir into batter, but I find it’s more evenly distributed when added after.) Bake on 350 for 15-20 minutes, until top and edges are golden brown. Cut into 6 servings.
