Recipe:
1/3 cup oats
1 scoop protein powder (I used @bioxperformancenutrition vanilla)
1 tbsp honey 
1 tbsp cashew milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup frozen blueberries 
1 tsp lemon juice 
1 tsp cornstarch (or you can use 1 tsp rice flour)
Salt 
Greek yogurt

Another week, another big batch baked oats combo !! Combining two of my favourite breakfasts: baked oats and a berry crumble. High protein, super easy to make and SO HEKKIN DELICIOUS 🤪

Makes 4-5 servings.
▫️ 165g rolled oats
▫️ 2 bananas
▫️ 60g @myprotein salted caramel soy protein [code: FITLONDONER]
▫️ 1 tsp baking powder
▫️ 380ml milk*
▫️ 300g frozen berries
▫️ 1 tsp chia seeds

Crumble topping:
▫️ 40g jumbo oats
▫️ 25g @myprotein soy isolate protein
▫️ 10g coconut oil, melted
▫️ 50ml water**

👩‍🍳 just assemble as shown, bake in the oven (fan 180C) for 35 mins and you’re good to go!
