Recipe:

- 1 lb ground beef
- peppers and onion, chopped
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 cup white rice, cooked
- 1 avocado
- cheese
- salsa
- real salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, onion powder

Comes out to around 1800 calories and over 110 grams of protein.
