Did you eat graham crackers with peanut butter when you were a kid? We did. (Of course, you won’t find peanut butter anywhere near a preschool these days…) Here’s a grown-up version of that snack that satisfies our sweet tooth but has a nice kick of tangy, unsweetened yogurt. This is a very filling snack; in fact, we’ve eaten it for breakfast and stayed full for hours. It’s got protein, calcium, and crunch — yum.

What says summer more than a refreshing “whip” cream sandwich!   8oz light cool whip 16 oz vanilla greek yogurt 200g sliced strawberries 75g vanilla protein (I used @legion ) 24 graham crackers   Line a 9x13 w/ parchment paper. Place 12 graham crackers in the dish. Combine yogurt and protein powder. Fold in fruit and cool whip. Spread on top of the graham crackers. Top with the remaining graham crackers. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
