They are super easy to make.  **Lentil Wraps Recipe**  **Ingredients**  - 1 cup red lentils whole or split - 2 cups hot water - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional) - A handful of spinach (optional for color)  **Method**  1. Add the red lentils and hot water to a blender  and leave them soaking for 30mins. 2. After 30mins add the remaining ingredients and blend with the lentils and soaking water. 3.
