Of course I did this on a budget. I made a total of 10 salads!!! The glass jars with air right lid will definitely keep them fresh and lasting through the week. You definitely must put the dressing on the bottom, protein, veggies and then lettuce on top. I will keep you guys posted how they taste and last as the days pass but no lie these salads were amazing. The added lemon is a great touch!
