👉INGREDIENTS
130ml (1/2 cup) of water
210g (1 cup) of sugar
15ml (1 tbsp) of lemon (juice)
20g (1 tbsp) of honey
Clove powder
Ginger powder
Powdered sugar

👉METHOD
1. In a saucepan, add the water, sugar, lemon (juice), honey, clove powder, ginger powder, and mix. Please bring it to the boil and let it boil for 20 minutes. Remove from heat.
2. Take the mixture with a teaspoon and pour it into the baking tray covered with parchment paper making drops.
3. Sprinkle them with powdered sugar and let them firm.
4. Serve them all together in a bowl and enjoy.
