Flamingo Wreath  Becky Griffis I made it last year so I can't remember where the instructions can be found but I used a straw wreath 18". 8 leis from DT, floral pins DT. 2Flamingos from DT. Hibiscus floral from DT and plumeria from HL. I've since seen plumeria at DT. Attach leis with pins do not cut the leis. Use the metal flamingo legs to attach flamingo then attach floral where you want.
