Mix together 2 1/2 c @kodiakcakes pancake mix
240 g egg whites 
2 scoops vanilla protein powder 
1 1/2 c water. 
Pour into five ramekins sprayed with cooking spray.

Mix together 2 T brown sugar, 1 T butter, and 1 tsp cinnamon.  Pour a little on each pancake bowl.  Swirl if you want .

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

Top with Greek yogurt, or mix cream cheese and Greek yogurt together to make a type of “frosting.”

Enjoy your protein packed breakfast - or snack.  My son loves these after school.🫶🏻
