halloween makeup diy -- no directions but this would be really simple with the right tools. looks like the used scar wax (or rolled up toilet paper dipped in liquid latex) then covered it with liquid latex for security before painting. super gorgeous costume makeup sfx, would love to see this done for a woodland fairy or as veins for a demon
