Exquisite Cheese Tray ~ 1. Start with the serving platter. 2. At least two types & textures of cheese, hard cheeses: Cheddar, Manchego, Parmesan, Blue. Soft cheeses: Brie, Goat, Camembert, Burrata.. 3. Pick your crackers. 4. Don't skimp on charcuterie & salty bites (olives & gherkins work for me). 5. Get your fruit fill (thinly sliced apples or pears, grapes, fresh figs and/or dried fruit. 6. Sweet & tangy spreads (Whole grain mustard, fig spread & any fruit jam or compote even honey).
