🍀PROCEDURE:
Drink two glasses of the saline, lukewarm water that you have prepared. Then practice the five prescribed asanas, each eight times. 
Now repeate this cycle two more times. If at any time during this procedure you get the urge to evacuate, 
then quit the practice at that time and go for bowel movement.

Laghu Shankhprakshalan can be performed everyday (if facing through constipation) 
or twice a week is fine!

👉🏻Whereas, Shankhprakshalan should be practiced only twice a year which is full cleansing of the digestive tract

🍀PROCEDURE:

Prepare lukewarm saline water - 2 tbsp of salt in 1L water 
Then, practice the five prescribed asanas, each eight times.
