Meet your new favourite snack: crispy air fried edamame! Flavourful, crunchy and packed with nutrients. Endless flavour combinations! See below for my first version: 

INGREDIENTS 
2 cups thawed edamame and dried
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp soy sauce

INSTRUCTIONS 
1. Thaw 2 cups of edamame beans, dry with paper towel and add sesame oil and soy sauce. 
2. Preheat air fryer and place edamame in a single layer and cook at 400F for about 8-12 minutes. Shake a couple of times, cook just until crispy. Enjoy!!
