I spent about 6 hours out in the snow yesterday, looking for deer at Woburn. They tend to stay put in weather like this, so I had to be patient, and I was there for about 4 hours or more before they came close enough for these photos. I'm really happy though, as I've never taken any wildlife photos during snowfall before, and despite the obvious difficulties, it really paid off. They're quite different to anything I've done before.
