Fry this blend with 11/2 tbsp soaked channa dal for 3-4 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a jar, add ginger, turmeric powder, and 1/4 cup coconut, then grind into a paste. In a kadai, add oil, roast okra, and add ground masala. Add water, curry leaves, and salt. Pour in 1 cup of curd and simmer on low flame. For seasoning, use coconut oil, mustard seeds, red chili, and curry leaves. The perfect meal to beat the heat this summer

Ingredients: 

1 TBSP Oil
1 TSP Jeera 
1 TSP garlic 
2 Green chillies
1/2 inch Ginger
4 Red chillies
8 to 10 Curry leaves 
1 small Onion 
1/4 TSP Turmeric
1 TSP Red Chilli Powder
1 TSP Jeera Powder
Salt to taste
1 TSP Kasuri methi
2 Cups Beaten Curd 
Coriander for garnish

Step by Step Recipe: 

Add Oil in a pan, followed by Jeera, garlic, ginger, green chillies, red chillies, onion and curry leaves. Saute well 

All the Spices one by one along with Kasuri Methi. Mix well 

Turn off the flame, let the tadka cool down a little and then add beaten curd and gently mix well 

Top with fresh coriander, serve with Rice.

Recipe 
2 Tbsp oil
1/2tsp mustard seeds
1/2tsp cumin seeds
10 to 15 curry leaves 
1/2 onions finely chopped
3 Thai (hot spicy) chilis crushed into paste 
1/2 cup Daliya/ roasted chana or chickpeas / putani/ huragadale
1/2 water
1/2 curd
Salt to taste
1Tbsp finely chopped Cilantro 

Heat up the oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and wait them to pop.Then add cumin, curry leaves followed by onions. When the onions are barely soft, add turmeric, chili paste, saute for a minute on low heat and turn off the heat. Allow this pot to cool down a bit.
