Trini Cucumber Chutney Recipe
INGREDIENTS Cucumber - 1 lbMinced Garlic - 1 tbspMinced Scotch Bonnet Pepper - 1/2 tsp or to tasteChadon Beni (Culantro) - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)Fine Thyme - 1 sprig (optional)Salt - to tasteBlack Pepper - to taste METHOD 1. Peel and wash cucumbers. 2. Pat dry. 3. Grate cucumbers over a strainer and allow excess water to drain off. 4. Set aside in strainer. 5.
