Here's how Anna Stockwell (@acstockwell) makes them: Rinse and dry your white beans, then tip them onto an unlined, rimmed baking sheet. Crank your oven to 425°F while you toss your beans in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Make them your own with crushed garlic cloves, red pepper flakes, fresh herbs, lemon zest, or all of the above. Then pop the pan in the oven and roast, stirring once halfway through, until the beans are golden-brown and crisp, about half an hour. That's it.
