• 150g diced chicken breast • handful cherry tomatoes • 25g pesto • 50g Greek yogurt • 300ml stock (approx)  1. Add all ingredients to a baking dish 2. Mix together well and bake at 180c for around 35 minutes 3. That’s it! 4. Keep for up to 3 days and reheat by microwaving till piping hot throughout
