Macros per one 
390 calories 
30g C | 11g F | 45g P

Cook the chicken for 20 mins @ 180 degrees Celsius 
Can refrigerate for 3 days or freeze for 3 weeks 
I will cook them as I’m ready to eat them 
Cook for 10mins @ 200 degrees Celsius (until the cheese is melted )

Ingredients 
500g chicken
10 small tortillas wraps (I cut them to fit the bowl)
4 full peppers
1 red onion 
300ml fajita sauce 

Spices for chicken
1 tsp paprika 
1tsp chicken seasoning 
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper 

60g light cheese per bowl
