Mango Salsa!
Oh, I am so excited to share this recipe with you! This is a tested recipe from the National Center for Home Food Preservation, with my own little twist. Chips and salsa is one of my favorite snacks. It's low-cal, no fat, full of fiber and vitamins, and tasty.
