Calories: 382 Fat: 13.9 total carbs: 15.9 protein: 46.5  Ingredients:  *1.5 c cottage cheese  *1/3 cup franks red hot  *1/4 c 2% milk  *1 tbsp ranch dressing seasoning  *10 tbsp minute rice *1 1/4 c bone broth  *1 c finely chopped carrots  *1 c finely chopped celery  *20 oz chopped chicken breast  *1 1/4 C sharp cheddar cheese   For the sauce:  Blend together cottage cheese, franks red hot, milk and ranch seasoning till smooth. Set aside   Preheat oven to 350F:  Add 2 tablespoons of minute rice to the bottom 5 meal prep containers followed by 1/4 cup of bone broth. Divide chopped carrots and celery evenly amongst the containers. Add half the buffalo sauce evenly amongst the containers and stir well.
