You’ll Need:

1 baking sheet
1 serving bowl
1 bag of Brussels Sprouts
1/2 cup of pomegranate seeds
4-oz. goat cheese (to crumble)
Zest of 1 lemon
Olive oil to drizzle
Balsamic glaze to drizzle
1/2 cup pistachios (shelled, crushed)
Sea salt
Freshly cracked black pepper

How-To:

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
2. Cut Brussels Sprouts into halves or quarters, depending on how you like them.
3. Place the Brussels Sprouts onto your cooking tray and coat them evenly with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and freshly cracked Brussels Sprouts Bowl, Goat Cheese Pomegranate, Kapha Diet, Brussell Sprouts, Nature Made Vitamins, Pistachio Shells, Vitamin B9, Pomegranate Salad, Lemon Olive Oil
