Outfit formulas work great when I have “nothing to wear”. This one is a simple but effective formula for a timeless and chic look:
(1) Start with a statement color or a statement piece. I went for this navy linen pair of pants.
(2) Create a balanced canvas by adding a blazer, shirt, skirt or pair of trousers in a neutral color. I added a satin blue and white blouse and a white blazer.
(3) Then tie your outfit together with your accessories. I added the navy belt, a pair of navy ballerinas and a navy bag to tie my outfit together.
