Birthday card holder

Today is my husband's birthday and this card/money holder is for him. My plans are to prepare a nice breakfast for him, then treat him to lunch/dinner at a really nice restaurant later today. Our daughters are banding together to treat him to some type of 'Biggie Surprise' tomorrow. They won't give me a clue as to what they have up their sleeves.
